Van Cleef & Arpels seeks Architecture Project Manager in Paris, France. CDD fixed-term contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate complex architectural projects, particularly for the École des Arts Joailliers, challenging technical proposals to ensure optimal project delivery
- Coordinate all project phases from conception through completion
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, federate teams, and maintain project momentum by clarifying roles and anticipating risks
- Oversee and ensure quality control throughout project realization
- Navigate French administrative and regulatory requirements for building and construction projects
Qualifications
- Solid experience in architecture, construction, or project management, ideally with existing buildings and architecturally demanding projects
- Strong technical expertise in building systems, renovations, technical specifications, HVAC, second-phase works, contractor oversight, and project handover
- Comprehensive knowledge of French building regulations and compliance standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Recognized for attention to detail, rigor, organizational ability, dynamism, and flexibility
Skills
Experience
Solid professional experience in architecture, construction, or project management, ideally with complex renovation projects on heritage or architecturally significant buildings and demonstrated expertise in managing technically demanding building projects with heritage considerations.
Education
Professional training or qualification in architecture, building engineering, or project management; formal knowledge of French building codes and regulatory frameworks is essential.
