Valentino seeks a Warehouse Operator in Valdagno, Italy to manage materials handling and shipping operations in luxury textile production.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute shipping activities and ensure correct preparation of materials and documentation, including English-language records
- Manage shipments of fabrics and materials to national and international workshops and suppliers while respecting agreed timelines
- Support receiving, quality control, and goods allocation activities; execute tissue cutting, accessory preparation, and material picking for production as needed
- Receive, verify, sort, and allocate materials within the warehouse
- Ensure correct handling and movement of materials in compliance with company procedures, quality standards, safety requirements, and traceability protocols
Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma (scuola superiore) required
- Basic English language proficiency for documentation and international shipment management
- Proficiency with computer tools, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Precision and ability to work in a dynamic environment while collaborating with colleagues, internal functions, and external suppliers
- Knowledge of apparel, textiles, or fashion raw materials sector is a plus
