Role & Responsibilities
- Execute the store manager's business strategy to achieve clienteling and performance KPIs with mastery and precision
- Serve as a role model and mentor to the sales team, modeling excellence in couture service delivery and strategic product positioning
- Lead the implementation of strategic zoning and One-to-One appointment routines to drive sales partnerships and individual client relationships
- Coach team members on advanced selling techniques, clienteling best practices, and cross-category client journeys to improve conversion rates, cross-selling, and average transaction value

Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail leadership or team management within a similar environment
- Demonstrated expertise in clienteling strategies and customer relationship management

Experience

Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further education in retail management, business administration, or luxury brand management is advantageous.
