Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store sales objectives whilst maintaining clear understanding of KPI correlations with each stage of the client experience
- Develop and retain existing clients whilst recruiting new and potential ones through engagement across all selling opportunities including walk-ins, private appointments, distance sales, and partnership initiatives
- Collect and maintain client data, enriching the prospect database and updating current client records to support CRM activities
- Master and communicate comprehensive product knowledge of all Valentino creations through compelling storytelling
- Ensure full compliance with operations guidelines including after-sales assistance, product transfers, inventory holds, consignment processing, and documentation management
- Support execution of operational and administrative tasks such as cycle counts, stock takes, product receiving and transfers, and stock organization
- Implement all store policies and procedures utilising company systems including Smart XP, MY-V XP, PRISM, SAP, and the Training App
- Collaborate with in-store and visual merchandising teams to ensure display guidelines are followed and maintained
- Support store management in executing CRM campaigns, prospect registration and follow-up, conversion rate planning, cross-selling initiatives, and visual merchandising setup
- Assist Client Advisors during sales partnership initiatives and one-to-one appointments
- Manage sensitive situations including boutique returns, end-of-season processes, client returns, repairs, and complaint handling when management is absent
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires and serve as a training reference point for team members
- Collaborate with store management in assigning duties and coordinating shift schedules
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a team leader or supervisory role in luxury retail or hospitality
- Demonstrated excellence in client relationship management and sales achievement
- Strong operational and administrative capabilities
- Mastery of retail systems and technology platforms
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members

Significant experience in luxury retail operations, sales team leadership, and client engagement, with demonstrated success in managing boutique-level operations and achieving sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further professional qualification in retail management or hospitality is advantageous.
