Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody brand values and represent Valentino to clients at all touchpoints, ensuring a premium retail experience
  • Achieve individual sales targets and drive store-wide sales objectives while monitoring KPI correlation across the client journey
  • Develop and retain existing clientele while recruiting new potential clients through walk-in, private appointments, distance sales, and partnership channels
  • Acquire and maintain client data, enriching prospect databases and supporting CRM initiatives
  • Master product knowledge and deliver compelling storytelling around Valentino creations
  • Execute all operations in full compliance with guidelines, including after-sales support, product transfers, stock management, and documentation
  • Support inventory management through cycle counts, stock takes, receiving, transfers, and stock organization
  • Utilize company systems effectively—Smart XP, MY-V XP, PRISM, SAP, Training App, and After Sales App
  • Collaborate with in-store and visual merchandising teams to implement display guidelines and verify standards
  • Execute CRM calling campaigns, prospect registration, conversion rate optimization, and cross-selling action plans
  • Facilitate sales partnership initiatives and OTO (one-to-one) appointments, actively assisting the Client Advisors team
  • Manage sensitive situations including boutique returns, end-of-season processes, client complaints, and repair coordination
  • Onboard new hires and serve as a training reference point for team development
  • Assign duties, coordinate shift schedules, and manage team responsibilities in collaboration with store management

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in luxury retail sales or team leadership
  • Proven expertise in client relationship management and clienteling
  • Strong understanding of luxury product knowledge and brand representation
  • Proficiency with retail systems and point-of-sale platforms
  • Ability to drive sales performance and achieve KPIs consistently
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Capacity to manage multiple operational and administrative tasks simultaneously

Experience

Education

Secondary education (Diploma di Scuola Secondaria di Secondo Grado) or equivalent; vocational training in retail management or luxury goods is advantageous.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 35,000 per annum.
