Valentino seeks a Talent Acquisition Intern to support its Talent & People Development Department in Milan. The intern will assist with recruitment, internship reporting and dashboards, Employer Branding, and candidate experience monitoring.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process, focusing primarily on internships and entry-level profiles, including job postings, CV screening, interviews and assessments, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update internship reports and dashboards in alignment with Talent Acquisition metrics and KPIs.
- Support Employer Branding activities.
- Help the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams monitor candidate experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a humanities subject.
- A Master’s degree in Human Resources is an advantage.
- Previous recruiting experience in a multinational company or recruitment agency is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Agile mindset and an out-of-the-box approach.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a humanities subject; a Master’s degree in Human Resources is an advantage.
