Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the cascading of retail operation manuals and ensure effective training of the store team on operational standards
- Ensure proper control and implementation of retail operation policies and procedures across all back-of-house functions
- Oversee effective organization of sellable products in the store to support the sales process and minimize client waiting time
- Manage product intake, outflow, and omnichannel activities (ship from store, buy on behalf, click and reserve) according to agreed service levels
- Guarantee regular execution of cycle counts and stock-takes, involving the store team and defining clear roles and responsibilities
- Ensure proper reconciliation of stock discrepancies and promptly report stock loss, theft cases, and abnormal adjustments for approval
- Define and implement action plans to improve loss prevention performance through regular audits of stock movements and inventory controls
- Implement solid control over merchandise by promptly identifying defective or damaged items and ensuring proper product handling
- Assist team members in managing after-sales processes including client returns, repairs, and complaints while ensuring exceptional client care
- Oversee audits of POS usage and back-office activities to ensure compliance with global and local procedures
- Support the Store Manager in monitoring retail costs for back-end activities and identifying potential savings opportunities
- Oversee collateral activities (cleaning and security) to ensure service levels meet company standards
- Train, nurture, and motivate the team to achieve the highest level of operational efficiency and result-oriented performance
- Leverage company tools and systems (Smart XP, MY-V XP, PRISM, SAP, Training App, After Sales App, Microsoft Office) to streamline operations and train the team on their effective use
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail operations management or similar back-of-house leadership role
- Strong expertise in inventory management, stock organization, and loss prevention
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams in a high-pressure retail environment
- Proficiency with retail systems and POS platforms
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in retail operations management, inventory control, or back-of-house leadership within a luxury or high-end retail environment. Demonstrated success in managing operational teams, implementing loss prevention strategies, and maintaining strict compliance with operational guidelines.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred.
