Valentino seeks an experienced Store Manager for its San Marcos Outlet location in Texas. Lead luxury retail operations, sales performance, and team development. $80K–$85K annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize sales performance while achieving overall sales targets and ensuring monthly profitability
- Analyze and monitor store KPIs, developing and implementing robust action plans to meet and exceed targets
- Develop an annual store strategy reviewed quarterly to align with broader company objectives
- Lead team recruitment efforts and manage team performance through coaching, feedback, and succession planning
- Foster a motivating and inclusive work environment that values diversity, teamwork, and professional excellence
- Implement clienteling strategies and relationship-driven selling culture to build client base and enhance customer loyalty
- Engage the local community and actively promote brand visibility through partnerships and community events
- Manage store operations including inventory, cash systems, end-of-season returns, and merchandise transfers
- Ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards and coordinate with Visual Merchandising team on strategic execution
- Provide constructive feedback and manage conflict with professionalism in partnership with Retail Director and HRBP
- Maintain store maintenance, equipment efficiency, and ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures
- Communicate regularly with leadership team on sales trends, opportunities, and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Store Management or leadership role
- Proven track record of accomplishment in achieving results and team development
- Excellent knowledge of product and client journey
- Strong business acumen with understanding of store and team performance metrics
- Positive and effective team management skills with proven ability to motivate teams
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
- Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines

- Demonstrates confidence and ability to develop relationships with clients, team, and business stakeholders

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Store Management or a senior leadership role within a retail environment. Luxury department store management experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated record of achieving sales targets, developing high-performing teams, and driving business growth in a fast-paced luxury retail setting.
Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
