Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive overall store sales performance by establishing team sales targets and strategies to increase productivity and revenue

  • Serve as primary point of contact between store and headquarters, reporting on performance, client feedback, and market trends
  • Implement corporate strategies and initiatives at store level in collaboration with merchandising, operations, and CRM teams
  • Partner with headquarters training and HR departments to develop and deliver team training programs
  • Work with merchandising and supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels and provide feedback on product performance

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in luxury retail store management or similar senior retail leadership roles
  • Demonstrated excellence in driving sales performance and achieving ambitious revenue targets
  • Strong expertise in clienteling strategies and customer relationship management in a luxury environment
