Valentino Store Manager position in Los Cabos, Mexico. Lead luxury boutique operations, drive sales, and manage high-performing teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain front-of-house presence and foster couture service mindset to ensure exceptional in-store experience
  • Drive implementation of company strategies through coaching, motivation, and support of boutique team
  • Develop and execute comprehensive store strategy annually, revisited quarterly, aligned with company objectives
  • Drive sales performance to consistently achieve overall sales targets whilst ensuring operational integrity and monthly profitability
  • Analyze and monitor store KPIs regularly, devising and implementing robust action plans to meet and exceed targets
  • Cultivate motivating and inclusive team environment that values diversity, fosters mutual respect, and encourages teamwork
  • Provide direct, actionable feedback with managerial courage; address personnel challenges head-on in partnership with Retail Director and HRBP
  • Commit to professional growth of each team member, preparing them for future advancement and succession planning
  • Manage talent recruitment, retention, and career development in partnership with HR and Talent Acquisition
  • Implement clienteling mindset and client loyalty programs, developing relationships from entry-level clients to VICs
  • Maintain and develop external relations with network and prestigious clients and partners to promote brand loyalty
  • Manage client database including assignment and reassignment; develop direct marketing actions towards loyal and inactive clients
  • Ensure inclusion of digital tools and assets in client journey and clienteling routine
  • Oversee all operational policies and procedures to minimize loss and optimize store performance
  • Manage inventory activities, cash, and payment systems according to company procedures and policies
  • Guarantee end-of-season returns and product transfers; manage store accountancy and audit procedures
  • Partner with merchandising and buying teams to ensure relevant products drive revenue
  • Liaise with HQ Visual Merchandising; verify VM strategy execution and report effectiveness in terms of sales
  • Report weekly to Valentino Leadership team on sales trends and opportunities to increase performance

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Store Management or leadership role
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Valid, unexpired visa (BBC, B-1/B-2)
  • Proven track record in achieving results and team development
  • Excellent knowledge of product and client journey
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of store performance and KPIs
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients, team, and business stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in all store sales and operations systems

Experience
