Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain a strong front-of-house presence and foster a couture service mindset throughout the boutique

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in achieving results and team development
  • Excellent knowledge of product and client journey
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of store performance and KPIs
  • Proactive in identifying business opportunities and proposing action plans
  • Positive and effective team management skills with ability to motivate teams
  • Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
  • Demonstrates confidence and ability to develop relationships with clients, teams, and business stakeholders
  • Clear and concise communication skills—verbal and written
  • Proficient in all store sales and operations systems
  • Luxury department store management experience preferred
