Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in implementing retail operation policies related to back-of-house management and loss prevention activities
- Implement effective organization of sellable products in the store to support the sales process and minimize client waiting time
- Support the sales team with prompt merchandise replenishment and ensure seamless product availability on the shop floor
- Manage orders and organization of non-sellable products such as stationery, packaging, and uniforms
- Ensure timely management of product intake and outflow, optimizing stock capacity and maintaining proper stock rotation
- Execute omnichannel 'ship-from-store' orders promptly to minimize cancellation rates and enhance client satisfaction
- Conduct cycle counts on a regular basis and coordinate annual stock-takes involving the store team
- Track reconciliation of stock discrepancies, promptly reporting any stock loss, thefts, or unusual adjustments for approval
- Partner with the Store Manager to define and implement loss prevention action plans and conduct regular audits of stock movements
- Implement solid control over merchandise, promptly identifying defective or damaged items
- Ensure proper product handling and care to avoid damages and missed sales opportunities
- Assist colleagues in managing after-sales processes including client returns, repairs, and complaints
Qualifications
- Proven experience in stock management, inventory control, or stockroom operations in a retail environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead and guide a team with operational excellence
- Proficiency in implementing and maintaining loss prevention policies
- Experience with retail management systems and tools
Skills
Experience
Proven experience in stock management, inventory control, or back-of-house operations within a luxury retail environment, with demonstrated capability to manage stockroom processes, oversee team coordination, and implement operational policies effectively.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or training in inventory systems is preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Sunrise, Minnesota, USA, with easy access to Minneapolis.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 23 to USD 25 per hour.
