Role & Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain effective organization of sellable and non-sellable products to optimize sales processes and minimize client waiting time
- Manage merchandise replenishment and ensure prompt availability on the shop floor to support the sales team
- Execute cycle counts and annual stock-takes while tracking reconciliation of discrepancies and reporting stock losses or unusual adjustments
- Oversee product intake and outflow, coordinating with relevant counterparts to optimize stock capacity and maintain proper stock rotation
- Ensure omnichannel "ship-from-store" orders are executed promptly to minimize cancellation rates and enhance client satisfaction
- Implement loss prevention policies and conduct regular audits of stock movements to safeguard company assets
- Manage before-and-after-sales product processes including client returns, repairs, and complaints while ensuring exceptional care
- Support the Store Manager in implementing retail operation policies and procedures related to back-of-house management
- Utilize company systems and tools effectively including SAP, Smart XP, PRISM, and the After Sales App
Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Proven expertise in inventory management and stock discrepancy resolution
- Demonstrated ability to lead and orchestrate team operations
- Strong knowledge of loss prevention practices and compliance auditing
- Experience with retail management systems and point-of-sale technology
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail stock management, back-of-house operations, or inventory control within a luxury retail environment. Direct experience managing a store stockroom and coordinating with sales teams required.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent required; further formal training in retail operations or supply chain management is advantageous.
