Valentino Stock Keeper position in La Roca, Spain. Manage inventory, product flows, and back-office operations for luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain efficient organization of sellable and non-sellable products in the store and provide rapid merchandise replenishment support to sales teams
- Process deliveries, transfers, and omnichannel ship-from-store orders within established timelines to support sales and client experience
- Conduct regular cycle counts and annual stock-takes to maintain accurate inventory records and promptly report stock discrepancies, losses, and unusual adjustments
- Perform audits of stock movements including stolen merchandise, negatives on hand, in-transit inventory, consignment items, repairs, and damaged goods
- Implement quality control over merchandise to identify and address defective or damaged items, ensuring proper product handling to prevent losses
- Support the Store Manager in implementing Loss Prevention policies and managing inventory-related challenges
- Assist colleagues in managing after-sales processes including client returns, repairs, and complaints while maintaining exceptional client care standards
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in stock management, inventory control, or retail operations
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and enterprise software (SAP, Smart XP, PRISM, or equivalent)
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong quality control orientation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines consistently
Skills
Experience
Experience in retail stock management, inventory operations, or back-office roles within a luxury retail environment is preferred. Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and inventory management software is required.
Education
Secondary education minimum; warehouse operations certification or retail management coursework is advantageous.
