Valentino seeks a Stock Administrator to manage product flows, inventory accuracy, stock controls and after-sales support while enabling efficient store operations and client care. This is a full-time role with benefits, paying $21–$25 per hour; the rate is based on experience and subject to change.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Organize sellable and non-sellable products efficiently in the store.
  • Support the Sales Teams with fast, efficient merchandise replenishment on the shop floor.
  • Support Store Managers with orders for non-core materials, including stationery, packaging and uniforms.
  • Process deliveries and transfers by their due dates to support sales and the client experience.
  • Process omnichannel ship-from-store orders when applicable.
  • Manage stock activities using company tools and systems, including SAP, Smart XP, PRISM and After Sales App.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and annual stock-takes to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Track the reconciliation of stock discrepancies; promptly report stock loss, theft and unusual stock adjustments for approval.
  • Audit stock movements regularly, including stolen merchandise, negative on-hand balances, in-transit and on-consignment stock, items on hold, repairs, damaged goods and uniforms.
  • Support the Store Manager in implementing Loss Prevention policies and managing potential challenges.
  • Maintain robust controls over merchandise and promptly identify defective or damaged items.
  • Ensure products are handled and cared for properly to prevent damage and missed sales opportunities.
  • Assist colleagues with after-sales processes, including client returns, repairs and complaints, while ensuring the highest standard of client care.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and management to ensure smooth product flows and high-quality client care during after-sales processes.
