Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain efficient organization of sellable and non-sellable products in the store
- Provide support to Sales Teams, ensuring efficient and fast replenishment of merchandise on the shop floor
- Support Store Managers with orders of non-core materials (stationery, packaging, uniforms)
- Process deliveries and transfers within due dates to support sales and client experience
- Process omnichannel ship-from-store orders when applicable
- Manage stock activities using company systems (SAP, Smart XP, PRISM, After Sales App)
- Conduct regular cycle counts and annual stock-takes to maintain accurate inventory records
- Track reconciliation of stock discrepancies and promptly report stock loss, thefts, and unusual adjustments
- Perform regular audits of stock movements (stolen merchandise, negatives on hand, in-transit, consignment, repairs, damaged goods)
- Support Store Manager in implementing Loss Prevention policies
- Implement controls to identify defective or damaged items promptly
- Ensure proper product handling and care to avoid damages
- Assist colleagues in managing after-sales processes (client returns, repairs, complaints)
Qualifications
- High standard in executing back-end processes
- Strong ability to maintain accurate inventory records
- Precision in handling products and adherence to quality standards
- Ability to proactively address defective or damaged items
- Flexibility to support front-of-house colleagues
- Ability to effectively collaborate with sales teams and management
Skills
Experience
Experience in retail inventory management, warehouse operations, or stock administration in a luxury retail environment is preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in managing inventory systems and supporting fast-paced sales environments is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration, supply chain management, or retail operations is advantageous.
