Valentino seeks a Senior SAP SD Analyst in Milan to strengthen its IT Sales team, progressively take functional and technical ownership of SAP SD processes, and support process optimization and SAP S/4HANA initiatives. The role connects Business, IT, and external partners and includes functional analysis, SAP SD customizing, troubleshooting, and project-stream management; the applicable collective agreement is Tessile Industria.
Role & Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business needs, translate them into clear functional requirements, identify sustainable solutions, and facilitate dialogue between Business, IT, and external partners.
- Independently manage functional analysis, SAP SD customizing, troubleshooting, and solution definition, ensuring quality and alignment with the existing architecture.
- Work effectively with local and international stakeholders, managing analyses, projects, and communications in Italian and English.
- Maintain structured documentation of implemented solutions, configurations, and key processes to foster knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications
- Approximately 3–5 years of experience.
- Experience and expertise in SAP AFS, SAP Retail, and SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong knowledge of the SAP SD module and related customizing activities.
- Good knowledge of B2B, B2C, e-commerce, and marketplace processes.
- Knowledge of the SAP ecosystem, including S/4HANA, Fiori, BW, and CRM.
- Good project management and time management skills.
- Proactive approach, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of Italian and English.
