Valentino is seeking a Senior IT Operations Analyst to support procurement and raw materials logistics through SAP AFS solutions, oversee SAP user support, and contribute to the transition to SAP S/4HANA and a new PLM. The role requires 5–6+ years of relevant experience and fluent English; the applicable CCNL is Tessile Industria.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and plan system evolution and enhancement activities.
- Oversee support and assistance for SAP users, with a focus on the MM and WM modules.
- Ensure the robustness and reliability of IT solutions developed on SAP AFS, working with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and improve system performance.
- Gather feedback and business requirements from key users, managing system enhancements in line with company objectives and overall vision.
- Build in-depth knowledge of relevant business processes and translate new needs into functional requirements and technical specifications.
- Perform system testing to support the release of new solutions.
- Provide effective user training and continuous updates on SAP solutions.
- Maintain high-quality relationships with colleagues, business key users, and external partners.
- Contribute to ERP evolution projects, including the transition to SAP S/4HANA and the new PLM.
Qualifications
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and system solutions.
- Proven involvement in ERP transformation, system migration, or digitalization projects.
- Knowledge of SAP environments.
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and product development processes.
- Background in application maintenance, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Understanding of procurement, raw materials, and logistics processes.
- Experience in fashion, luxury, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English.

5–6+ years in IT Business Analysis, ERP applications, or related consulting roles.
