Valentino is seeking a Senior IT Analyst in Milan to strengthen its IT Sales team, progressively taking functional and technical ownership of SAP SD processes and supporting their management, optimisation, and development on SAP S/4HANA. The role connects Business, IT, and external partners and includes independent requirements analysis, solution design, and project-stream management. The applicable collective labour agreement is Tessile Industria; the role is classified as an employee position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business needs, translate them into clear functional requirements, identify sustainable solutions, and facilitate dialogue between Business, IT, and external partners.
- Independently manage functional analysis, SAP SD customisation, troubleshooting, and solution definition, ensuring quality and alignment with the existing architecture.
- Engage effectively with local and international stakeholders, managing analysis, projects, and communications in Italian and English.
- Maintain structured documentation of implemented solutions, configurations, and key processes to support knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications
- Experience with SAP AFS, SAP Retail, and SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong knowledge of the SAP SD module and related customisation activities.
- Good knowledge of B2B, B2C, e-commerce, and marketplace processes.
- Knowledge of the SAP ecosystem, including S/4HANA, Fiori, BW, and CRM.
- Good project management and time management skills.
- Proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
