Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for alterations and repairs, coordinating seamlessly with in-store teams
- Execute high-quality alterations both on-site and off-site, meeting all technical specifications and brand guidelines
- Fit, measure, pin, and mark garments according to precise client specifications and Valentino standards
- Provide on-the-spot alterations during client appointments and special events
