Valentino seeks a Purchasing Assistant - Footwear to join its production operations in Morrovalle. The successful candidate will manage production materials, coordinate order planning and updates, oversee logistics and documentation flows, monitor inventory levels, and provide operational support to procurement and manufacturing processes. This role is integral to ensuring the seamless execution of the maison's footwear production excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate procurement of production materials for footwear manufacturing
- Plan and update purchase orders and production schedules
- Monitor and maintain logistics and documentation workflows
- Conduct inventory checks and stock management to ensure optimal levels
- Provide operational support to production and purchasing departments
- Track material flows and ensure timely delivery to manufacturing facilities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role
- Degree in mathematics or scientific disciplines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 25,000 per annum.
