Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational support for the Learning Management System, including course setup, user management, content uploads, enrollment tracking, and issue resolution
- Support the execution and administration of learning initiatives on the LMS platform with accurate setup, communication, monitoring, and reporting
- Assist in the design and development of learning materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, toolkits, and feedback forms
- Support the coordination, tracking, and logistics of in-person and virtual training sessions
- Organize training activities and maintain the learning catalogue
- Manage coordination with internal and external stakeholders across targeted projects
- Support supplier tracking by entering supplier information into internal systems and monitoring payment progress
- Analyze learning metrics and assist in preparing reports and dashboards
- Support internal communication campaigns related to learning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities
- Organizational and project management capabilities
- Fluency in English at B2/C1 level or higher
