Valentino IT Finance Intern position in Milan. Support Finance and IT teams with SAP systems, financial processes, and reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for routine IT Finance activities and day-to-day operations
- Assist in the management and maintenance of Finance applications and systems, including ERP, reporting, and controlling tools
- Support monthly closing activities and verify accounting data accuracy
- Collaborate in the collection, analysis, and reconciliation of financial and economic data
- Provide first-level assistance to Finance users, including ticket management and issue reporting
- Update process documentation and operational procedures to reflect system changes
- Assist with application testing activities related to SAP S/4HANA enhancements and updates
- Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (ongoing or recently completed) in Economics, Computer Science, Management Engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in finance processes and information systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated analytical mindset with interest in data analysis
- Accuracy, reliability, and strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Fluent command of English

Interest in and familiarity with finance processes and information systems; academic exposure to financial or IT concepts preferred.
Education
