Valentino seeks an internship candidate to support the After-Sales office in Scandicci, Italy. The successful candidate will assist the quality control team with finished product inspections, daily SAP data entry for quality results, spare parts identification and retrieval for repairs, direct coordination with repair facilities and manufacturers, and weekly follow-up support activities. This role offers insight into luxury goods after-sales operations and supply chain coordination within a prestigious Italian fashion house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support quality control inspector in finished product inspections and testing
- Enter daily quality control results into SAP system
- Identify and retrieve spare parts required for product repairs
- Communicate directly with repair facilities and manufacturers to coordinate repair activities
- Execute weekly scheduled follow-up activities to support after-sales operations
Qualifications
