Valentino seeks an Industrial Controller in Bucine to manage industrial cost control, budgeting, forecasting, inventory accounting and production performance analysis, and to develop business-supporting KPIs. The role requires 1–2 years of similar experience, a degree in Economics or Management Engineering, Excel proficiency and good command of English.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage industrial cost-control activities, including monitoring material purchases and analysing direct labour costs and production efficiency.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and monthly reports, focusing on profitability and variance analysis.
- Oversee inventory accounting and prepare reports on warehouse accounting movements and industrial accounting for raw materials, semi-finished goods and accessories.
- Supervise inventory counts of raw materials and finished products.
- Analyse and monitor production performance indicators.
- Develop KPIs to support business analysis.
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
- Good command of English.
- Knowledge of industrial accounting principles and variance analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude and a strong team-oriented mindset.
