Valentino seeks a Facility Specialist in Rome to manage comprehensive facility operations, supplier coordination, and maintenance across creative offices and haute couture headquarters.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage facility management activities across Rome premises (offices, ateliers, showrooms, historical archive, warehouses) ensuring appropriate service levels and business continuity
- Support management of special projects and extraordinary maintenance activities
- Coordinate service providers (cleaning companies, movers, maintenance contractors, security services) and monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations
- Control costs, timelines, and service levels in alignment with company guidelines and prepare performance monitoring reports
- Conduct regular site inspections across managed properties and prepare technical reports
- Support day-to-day facility operations including purchase orders, materials management, company vehicle and guest accommodation handover, first-aid kit inspections, and space set-up activities
- Manage purchase requests and orders through SAP, monitoring the entire procurement lifecycle
- Support health, safety, and environmental management across assigned sites in coordination with the Health & Safety function
- Accompany suppliers during site inspections, maintenance activities, and technical interventions
Qualifications
- Technical diploma (e.g., Surveyor, Construction Technician, or equivalent)
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, utilities, architectural aspects, and Health & Safety requirements
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and organizational levels
- Demonstrated proactive mindset with strong focus on business needs
- Strong results-oriented attitude and problem-solving capability
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and SAP is a plus
- Experience in the fashion industry is a plus

Experience
1-3 years of facility management experience or in related facility management activities; experience within the fashion industry is considered an advantage
Education
Technical diploma (e.g., Surveyor, Construction Technician, or equivalent)

The successful candidate will be located in Rome, Lazio, Italy.
