Valentino seeks a Facility Specialist for its Rome Headquarters. Manage facilities, suppliers, and operations across creative offices and haute couture premises.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage facility management activities across Rome premises (offices, ateliers, showrooms, historical archive, warehouses) ensuring appropriate service levels and business continuity
- Coordinate with service providers including cleaning companies, movers, maintenance contractors, and security services
- Monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations and control costs, timelines, and service levels
- Conduct regular site inspections across managed properties and prepare technical reports
- Support day-to-day facility operations including purchase orders, materials management, company vehicle handover, first-aid kit inspections, and space setup activities
- Manage purchase requests and orders through SAP, monitoring the entire procurement lifecycle
- Support Health & Safety and environmental compliance across assigned sites in coordination with the Health & Safety function
- Accompany suppliers during site inspections, maintenance activities, and technical interventions
- Prepare performance monitoring reports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in facility management or related activities
- Technical diploma (e.g., Surveyor/Construction Technician or equivalent)
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, utilities, architectural aspects, and Health & Safety requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders and organizational levels
- Problem-solving skills with ability to manage complex tasks under challenging deadlines
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and SAP considered advantageous
- Good knowledge of English considered advantageous
- Experience within the fashion industry considered advantageous

1–3 years of experience in a similar facility management role or related activities. Experience within the fashion industry is considered advantageous.
Education
Technical diploma (e.g., Surveyor/Construction Technician or equivalent qualification in building or facilities management).
