Valentino seeks an Engagement and Inclusion & Equity Intern to support the Learning & Development, Inclusion & Equity, and Engagement Department in Milan. The successful candidate will assist in designing, coordinating, and executing initiatives that strengthen colleague engagement and foster a culture of inclusion and equity. This internship offers hands-on experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and organizational culture development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and update internally developed engagement activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Nurture and support the Inclusion & Equity Ambassadors community, facilitating coordination and communication
- Support audit exercises and documentation related to gender equality certification
- Contribute to the organization of meetings with HR Directors and stakeholders, including logistics and material preparation
- Prepare meeting notes, consolidate feedback, and maintain documentation to ensure team alignment
Qualifications
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Italian and English
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated curiosity and motivation to learn about organizational culture, engagement, and inclusion & equity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with stakeholders across organizational levels
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Experience
No specific prior experience required; however, demonstrated experience in HR, project coordination, or organizational development is advantageous. The ideal candidate exhibits proactivity and autonomy, comfortable taking initiative and managing tasks independently.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
