Role & Responsibilities
- Support management of luxury e-concession partners such as Farfetch, Saks, Ounass, and other strategic accounts
- Monitor partner business performance and identify risks and growth opportunities
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, dashboards, and business review materials
- Support catalogue excellence initiatives to ensure product visibility, availability, and accuracy across partner platforms
- Identify assortment, availability, and performance opportunities across digital marketplaces
- Execute seasonal launches, product activations, and promotional activities coordination
- Track key operational metrics including order allocation, cancellations, returns, and fulfilment performance
- Maintain catalogue integrity through product enrichment, content checks, and compliance monitoring
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and escalations
- Support partner onboarding and new e-store launch activities
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support commercial and strategic projects
- Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Logistics, Finance, IT, Customer Care, and Marketing departments
- Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives within the E-Concessions function
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, Marketing, Fashion Business, Digital Business, or related fields
- Strong analytical mindset with data interpretation and trend identification capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
