The E-Commerce Store & Content Specialist supports Valentino’s online store through content, product, and website operations, working across teams to improve the customer journey, conversion, and sales. This fixed-term maternity-leave replacement is covered by the Tessile Industria National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL).
Role & Responsibilities
- Define requirements and oversee testing for new projects and features.
- Produce reports to monitor key features, such as Back in Stock.
- Help monitor and enhance customer service processes to support an excellent experience for Valentino clients.
- Support quarterly benchmarking analyses to track competitor strategies.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize site navigation, the customer journey, checkout funnel, and product placement to increase conversion and online sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Digital Marketing, Customer Care, CRM, Client Advisors, Merchandising, and Logistics—to collect and share business information in support of commercial objectives.
- Perform operational tasks in Adobe Experience and conduct frontend website quality checks to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Contribute to website content activities, including the Home Page, Landing Pages, Ccare Area, and Legal area.
- Support activities before, during, and after Fashion Shows.
- Help maintain the quality and presentation of the online store by carrying out site dressing in line with the commercial calendar.
- Set up and publish products and manage the catalog using SAP Commerce Cloud (SAP CC).
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of content publishing processes and CMS platforms.
- Ability to support Store Management with content-related and operational activities.
- Hands-on approach and willingness to manage day-to-day operational tasks.
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and English.
- Strong interest in retail, fashion, and digital commerce.
- Flexibility, proactivity, and adaptability to changing business needs.
- Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or similar tools is a plus.
