Valentino seeks a Design & Product Intern to support the Woman RTW (Ready-to-Wear) Design & Product team in Rome. The successful candidate will manage garment intake, archive coordination, and digital inventory systems, while organizing shared workspaces and calendar scheduling for the design studio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage intake and dispatch of garments, including vintage archive pieces and historical archive items, with photography and digital filing
- Coordinate shipments of Valentino garments to and from external suppliers
- Organize and maintain shared design studio spaces according to predefined timelines and schedules
- Maintain both physical and digital archiving systems for collection materials
- Manage calendar scheduling, timeline updates, and Teams meeting invitations for the design department
