Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong front-of-house presence, ensuring excellent in-store experience and fostering a 'couture service' mindset across all client interactions

- Regularly analyze and monitor store KPIs, devising and implementing robust action plans to meet and exceed financial targets
- Craft a comprehensive annual store strategy, revisited monthly and quarterly, to align with commercial targets and broader company objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of business plans and identify opportunities to enhance performance
- Manage personnel expenses within budgetary constraints and adhere to discounting policies to preserve brand integrity
- Report weekly to Valentino Leadership on sales trends and implement strategic pivots to increase revenue
