The Client Advisor represents Valentino and manages the client experience from preparation through retention, driving sales and KPIs, building client relationships, sharing product expertise and supporting store operations. The role is based in Vienna; no contract terms are stated.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Valentino and embody its brand values throughout every stage of the client experience, from preparation to retention.
- Meet individual sales targets and contribute to overall store sales objectives.
- Understand the relationship between each stage of the client experience and its associated KPIs; use styling to drive cross-selling and increase average ticket.
- Develop and retain existing clients, recruit new and prospective clients, and engage clients through walk-in visits, private appointments, distance sales and sales partnerships.
- Collect data from prospective clients, enrich the prospect database, and maintain and update the existing client list.
- Master knowledge of Valentino creations and deliver engaging, appropriate product storytelling.
- Contribute to display maintenance.
- Perform tasks in full compliance with operational guidelines, including after-sales assistance, product transfer requests, on-hold and consignment procedures.
- Support operational and administrative tasks, including cycle counts, stock takes, product receiving and transfers, document completion and archiving; help maintain stock organization to the required standard.
- Manage store activities using company tools and systems, including Smart XP, MY-V XP, PRISM, SAP, Training App and After Sales App.
