Valentino seeks a Client Advisor to represent the brand and orchestrate the complete client experience in its Saint Moritz boutique, from initial engagement through long-term retention. The successful candidate will drive sales achievement against individual and store targets, master product knowledge across the Valentino collection, develop and retain a personal client portfolio, and ensure operational excellence across all systems and procedures.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual sales targets and contribute to overall store sales objectives while demonstrating clear understanding of KPI correlation with client experience stages
- Develop, engage, and retain existing clients while recruiting new prospects through walk-in interactions, private appointments, distance sales, and partnership opportunities
- Collect and maintain client data to enrich the prospect database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client records that inform personalized engagement strategies
- Master and communicate the heritage, craftsmanship, and storytelling behind Valentino creations, applying product knowledge to enhance cross-selling and average transaction value
- Execute all operational tasks in full compliance with guidelines, including after-sales assistance, product transfers, stock management, and documentation
- Support inventory cycles, stock takes, product receiving and transfers, and maintain organized stock according to brand standards
- Leverage company systems and tools (Smart XP, MY-V XP, PRISM, SAP, Training App, After Sales App) to optimize store activities and client engagement
- Contribute to visual merchandising and display maintenance to uphold brand presentation standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or high-end clienteling
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in multiple languages
- Proficiency with retail management systems and digital tools
- Deep understanding of luxury client expectations and service standards
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, or premium clienteling is required, with demonstrated success in building and maintaining high-value client relationships and meeting sales objectives in an upscale environment.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; formal training in luxury sales, fashion retail, or client services is valued.
