Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual sales targets and contribute to overall store sales objectives while maintaining strong KPI performance
- Develop and retain existing clients while recruiting new and potential customers through personalized engagement across all sales channels
- Master and communicate the heritage, craftsmanship, and storytelling of Valentino creations to enhance client experience
- Collect and maintain client data to enrich the prospect database and enable targeted engagement strategies
- Execute store operations in full compliance with guidelines, including after-sales assistance, stock management, product transfers, and documentation
- Proficiently utilize company tools and systems including Smart XP, MY-V XP, PRISM, SAP, Training App, and After-Sales App
- Support operational and administrative tasks such as cycle counts, stock takes, product receiving, and stock organization
- Apply styling techniques and cross-selling strategies to maximize average ticket value and customer lifetime value
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of luxury retail and the Valentino brand aesthetic
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to team objectives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in Italian and English
- Demonstrated experience in clienteling and customer relationship management
- Proficiency with retail management systems and point-of-sale platforms
- Attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion sales, or branded retail environments, with demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and building client relationships. Experience with clienteling practices and familiarity with retail management systems is highly valued.
Education
Secondary education (Diploma di Scuola Superiore or equivalent); further education in fashion, retail management, or business administration is advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 28,000 per annum.
