Maison Valentino seeks a Client Advisor for its Melbourne boutique to cultivate and retain premium clientele while driving store performance through exceptional service and digital-enabled clienteling. The successful candidate will deliver the Valentino Couture Service while achieving KPI targets in conversion, cross-selling, and average transaction value.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and retain existing clientele while recruiting new and potential customers through strategic relationship-building
- Contribute to store business performance by delivering exceptional clienteling, meeting KPI targets including conversion rate, cross-selling, average transaction value, and upselling objectives
- Execute the Valentino Couture Service standard with mastery and care to every client interaction
- Integrate digital tools seamlessly into selling and clienteling activities to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in the luxury retail sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a naturally outgoing and engaging personality
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance expectations and KPI targets
