Role & Responsibilities
- Master the client journey and create strong long-term relationships through proactive engagement with existing and prospective clientele
- Deliver the Valentino Couture Service across all transaction phases—preparation, welcome, client exploration, product presentation, closing, and farewell
- Manage a portfolio of VVICs (Very Very Important Clients) and VICs, implementing personalized reach-out campaigns and utilizing all available clienteling tools
- Consistently capture client data and qualitative information in the CRM system to inform targeted engagement strategies
- Achieve assigned sales, KPIs, and CRM targets while maintaining awareness of boutique performance metrics
- Develop and execute styling recommendations by understanding client preferences, staying informed of seasonal trends, and curating personalized looks across all brand categories
- Prepare for client appointments through research of individual preferences, merchandise organization, and environmental curation
- Assist with all sales and after-sales activities including returns, repairs, and customer service recovery
- Maintain product presentation standards, ensure floor replenishment, and coordinate with visual merchandising teams on display compliance
- Operate POS systems for transactions and support day-to-day operational tasks including shipping and receiving as needed
Qualifications
- Previous luxury retail sales experience with demonstrated clientele-focused expertise
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and performance metrics
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship-building skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Action-oriented mindset with drive for results and problem-solving capability
- Team-player mentality with collaborative approach to boutique operations
