Role & Responsibilities
- Master the client journey to cultivate strong, long-term client relationships and proactively engage existing and prospective clientele
- Deliver the Valentino Couture Service with precision across all phases: preparation, welcome, client exploration, product presentation, closing, and farewell
- Achieve sales targets, key performance indicators, and customer relationship management (CRM) targets consistently
- Implement personalized reach-out campaigns and utilize clienteling tools to complete CRM tasks within assigned timeframes
- Capture and maintain accurate client data, including qualitative preferences and VIP designations
- Discover client needs and guide them across all product categories, curating personalized looks informed by current fashion trends
- Develop comprehensive product and fit knowledge through company training, tools, and in-store sessions
- Prepare for client appointments by researching preferences, organizing merchandise, and creating a welcoming environment
- Assist with all sales and after-sales activities including returns, repairs, and customer complaints
- Maintain product presentation standards and coordinate with visual merchandising teams to uphold display guidelines
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and provide operational support as needed

Qualifications
