Vacheron Constantin is seeking a Client and Retail Solutions Manager to define its global client and digital in-store solutions roadmap and lead a multi-year retail transformation, coordinating stakeholders, governance, projects, and worldwide change adoption. This is a permanent, full-time position in Plan-les-Ouates.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define, execute, and advocate for the Maison’s client and digital in-store solutions roadmap, aligned with strategic commercial objectives.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert and key contact for client and retail technology, integrating digital tools such as CRM, clienteling, and in-store apps to deliver a seamless boutique experience.
- Partner with Group transversal teams to represent the Maison’s functional requirements and monitor delivery.
- Establish and monitor business metrics and project KPIs to track, analyze, and report the business impact of digital initiatives.
- Direct a multi-year strategic transformation program to modernize the Maison’s retail and client solutions landscape.
- Establish governance to monitor progress, manage risks, and achieve business outcomes.
- Translate complex business and boutique needs into scalable functional, process, data, and technology specifications.
- Coordinate complex global projects, managing scope, budgets, resources, timelines, and interdependencies.
- Build trust and secure support from senior leaders across geographies and corporate functions within the Maison and Richemont Group.
- Lead change management, communication, and training strategies to enable worldwide adoption of new tools and retail processes.
- Support executive decision-making with data-driven insights, proactive risk mitigation plans, and transparent progress reports.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- Solid experience in digital and retail solution management and technology transformations, with a record of leading complex programs, ideally in watchmaking or luxury.
- Extensive knowledge of omnichannel and retail operations, clienteling, CRM systems, digital in-store tools, e-commerce, and cross-domain architecture.
- Experience partnering with and managing external agencies and global transversal teams.
- Ability to synthesize complex business, data, and technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Exceptional leadership and change-agent capabilities, strong decision-making, and a strategic, pragmatic approach.
- Advanced program and project management, including Agile/Scrum; proficiency with Salesforce, Jira, and PowerBI.
- Fluency in English and French.

10+ years in digital/retail solution management and technology transformations, with a proven track record leading complex programs, ideally in watchmaking or the luxury industry.
Education
Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
