Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional and memorable boutique experiences through warm and courteous service.
- Utilize storytelling to convey the brand's history and values, enhancing customer engagement.
- Collaborate with boutique management and sales teams to execute strategic client follow-up.
- Accurately input and update customer information using CRM tools to ensure continuous follow-up.
- Master sales ceremony elements to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Understand customer needs deeply to build trust through appropriate proposals.
- Engage in after-sales activities to enhance repeat business.
- Embodies the brand's world, craftsmanship, and values, sharing them with clients and team members.
- Communicate product knowledge effectively, highlighting materials, construction, and design through storytelling.
- Stay informed on industry news and competitor trends to maintain up-to-date knowledge.
- Adhere to group, maison, and boutique operational and security policies.
- Support daily operations including opening and closing procedures and maintenance reporting.
- Manage product displays and back stock, contributing to inventory management and special projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in luxury or premium customer service (sales, fashion, hospitality, etc.).
- Strong empathy and excellent communication skills with customers.
- Ability to value teamwork and prioritize collaboration.
- Knowledge and experience with retail tools such as CRM and POS systems are advantageous.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in Chinese.

Experience
Experience in luxury or premium customer service sectors such as sales, fashion, or hospitality is required.
