Vacheron Constantin seeks a Client Advisor in Munich to achieve boutique sales targets, build and develop a client portfolio, and deliver exceptional service with expert knowledge of the Maison and its products. The role also supports CRM, boutique operations, inventory, staff training and events; it is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and/or exceed individual and monthly boutique sales targets set by management.
- Build strong client relationships inside and outside the boutique and represent the Maison.
- Proactively acquire new clients and develop existing relationships.
- Develop high-value, tailored sales, with a focus on cultivating the Les Cabinotiers clientele.
- Deliver exceptional service to every client.
- Provide expert knowledge of products and the Maison’s history.
- Assist clients with service enquiries before and after a sale.
- Uphold the brand’s high standards.
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional service and Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
- Adhere to CRM standards for client follow-up and relationship management.
- Record client data consistently and accurately to support follow-up and relationship-building, using available tools effectively.
- Resolve client issues and concerns appropriately and escalate them to management when needed.
- Work with management to develop a plan for supporting and participating in in-store and external events and networking activities.
- Understand and comply with all group, Maison and boutique security and operating policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily boutique opening and closing procedures and communicate maintenance issues.
- Assist with product presentation and the daily upkeep of displays and stock.
- Train new employees on sales and visual standards.
- Actively participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to prepare for and ensure a successful audit.
- Support special projects as needed, such as price changes and back-office tasks.
Qualifications
- Substantial luxury retail experience, with at least 8–10 years of experience.
- Strong interest in watchmaking.
- Action-oriented, with the confidence to negotiate and close sales.
- Strong client focus and a commitment to service and finding solutions.
- Team player with a positive, constructive mindset.
- Broad general knowledge and strong etiquette.
- Strong instinct for luxury service, attention to detail, and a commitment to service and finding solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build a network.
- Fluent German and English; an additional language is an advantage.
- Flexibility regarding working hours.
