Universo SA seeks Mechanical Apprentice in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. AFP-certified precision mechanics training in heritage watchmaking.
Role & Responsibilities
- Master the fundamentals of precision mechanical assembly and machining techniques
- Develop proficiency in horological component fabrication and quality control
- Contribute to the production of watch movements, dial appliqués, and hesalite components
- Work under the supervision of experienced craftspeople in a Swiss manufacturing facility
- Participate in hands-on training aligned with AFP (Atelier Formation Professionnelle) certification standards
Qualifications
- Completion of mandatory Swiss compulsory education
- Interest and aptitude in precision mechanics and manual craftsmanship
