Role & Responsibilities
- Master electroplating and galvanic surface treatment processes under expert supervision
- Apply electroplating techniques to watch components and decorative elements
- Maintain electroplating equipment and monitor bath composition and electrical parameters
- Adhere to Swiss and international quality standards for surface finishing
- Contribute to the production of dial appliqués and watch case components
- Develop knowledge of precious metal plating, including gold, rhodium, and nickel finishes
Qualifications
- Completion of mandatory Swiss compulsory schooling
- Demonstrated aptitude for technical and manual work
- Ability to work with precision instruments and follow detailed specifications
- Physical capability to work in an industrial electroplating environment
- Basic understanding of chemistry and electrical principles
- Reliability and commitment to a three-year apprenticeship programme
