Tory Burch is hiring a Travel Retail Assistant in Hong Kong to support account management, seasonal buying, order administration, and business reporting for its Travel Retail team. The role works with regional and internal teams on partner relationships, order updates, reconciliations, assortment information, and performance analysis. The title indicates a contract role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Travel Retail team with account management, seasonal buying, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain business relationships with Travel Retail partners, understand their needs, and achieve business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between Travel Retail partners and internal teams.
- Work with the Travel Retail Asia team to execute order updates and reconciliations, and communicate relevant information to Merchandising, Production, Customer Service, and Travel Retail partners across tight timelines and time zones.
- Communicate assortment information to Travel Retail partners.
- Review orders and make preliminary recommendations for changes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly quantitative and qualitative business analysis reports covering retail KPIs, product performance, productivity, CRM, competitors, and trends.
- Assist the Senior Director, Travel Retail APAC, with in-depth business performance analysis and identify business opportunities that support company objectives.
Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant discipline.
- 2–3 years of work experience in retail, wholesale, or travel retail within the luxury or fashion retail sector.
- Account management experience.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, presentable, self-motivated, collaborative, and able to solve problems.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
- SAP experience is a plus.
