The Support Supervisor supports front- and back-of-house operations at Tory Burch, from customer greeting and cashiering to shipment handling, stockroom organization and product flow. The role leads by example, manages conflict and helps the team deliver a transformational customer experience. Compensation is USD 17.00–21.00, based on relevant experience and work location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support front-of-house and back-of-house store operations, including greeting customers, running items, cashiering, answering phones, and applying operational policies and procedures.
- Pack and unpack shipments, organize the stock room, and support product flow and smooth store operations.
- Lead by example, manage conflict, and identify opportunities to support the team in delivering a transformational customer experience.
Qualifications
- Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

Experience
2 to 4 years in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment; stock-related experience is a plus.
