Tory Burch seeks a Support Supervisor to support front- and back-of-house operations, oversee stock flow, and help deliver a transformational customer experience. The role requires 2–4 years of high-volume retail experience and open availability for overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts; compensation is USD 18, with the offer based on relevant experience and work location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including greeting customers, running items, operating the cash register, answering phones, and executing operational policies and procedures.
- Pack and unpack shipments, organize the stockroom, and support product flow and the smooth running of the store.
- Lead by example, manage conflict, and identify opportunities to help the team deliver a transformational customer experience.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment; stock-related experience is a plus.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
