The Support Supervisor supports front- and back-of-house store operations, including customer greeting, cashiering, shipment handling, stockroom organization, and operational procedures, while guiding the team and managing conflict. Role & Responsibilities
- Support front-of-house and back-of-house operations, adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Cover varied store duties, including greeting customers, running products, operating the cash register, and answering phones.
- Understand and execute operational policies and procedures.
- Pack and unpack shipments and organize the stockroom to support product flow and smooth store operations.
- Lead by example, manage conflict, and identify opportunities to help the team deliver a transformational customer experience.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
- Able to lift at least 40 lbs and carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Experience
2 to 4 years in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment; stock-related experience is a plus.
