The Support Associate supports front- and back-of-house operations at Tory Burch, including greeting customers, running items, cashiering, answering phones, executing store procedures, handling shipments and organizing the stockroom. The role is part-time and requires one to two years of experience in a high-volume retail environment, flexible availability and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting at least 40 lbs. Compensation is USD 15.00–17.00, based on relevant experience and work location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers as a greeter and support the customer experience.
- Run items and provide operational support across front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Operate the cash register and answer phone calls.
- Understand and execute operational policies and procedures.
- Pack and unpack shipments.
- Organize the stockroom to support product flow and smooth store operations.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to deliver retail excellence.
Qualifications
- One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment; stock-related experience is a plus.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods.
