Tory Burch is hiring a part-time Support Associate in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, to assist with front- and back-of-house operations, customer service, shipments, and stockroom organization. The role requires 1–2 years of high-volume retail experience and open availability for flexible shifts, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends; compensation is USD 15–17, based on relevant experience and work location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support front-of-house and back-of-house store operations, including greeting customers, running items, operating the cash register, and answering phones.
- Understand and execute operational policies and procedures.
- Pack and unpack shipments and organize the stockroom to support product flow and smooth store operations.
- Contribute to a welcoming customer experience and memorable in-store experiences.
- Support retail excellence and contribute ideas that improve the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Must have open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs; carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
