The Support Associate supports front- and back-of-house operations at Tory Burch, handling customer greeting, running, cashiering, phones, operational procedures and shipment and stockroom tasks. The role requires one to two years of high-volume retail experience and open availability for a flexible part-time schedule, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts; occasional overnight travel may be required. Compensation is USD 17.00–20.00, based on relevant experience and work location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support front-of-house and back-of-house store operations, including greeting customers, running items, operating the cash register and answering phones.
- Understand and execute operational policies and procedures.
- Pack and unpack shipments and organize the stockroom to support product flow and smooth store operations.
- Contribute to a welcoming customer experience and memorable in-store experiences.
- Support retail excellence and the store team’s operational goals.
Qualifications
- One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment; stock-related experience is a plus.
- Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday and weekend shifts.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods.
